Any suggestions or comments that may improve the overall service provided will be gratefully received and duly considered in a confidential manner. “Patient Feedback” forms are available in our waiting room at all times.

Our doctors and staff have regular practice meetings and feedback from patients is dealt with promptly and followed up in a timely manner.
